I love the site! Based on the excerpt from Jose's book in this ESPN.com article (http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=1995367), Brett Boone may be the player with the best chance of recovering against Conseco. Since Conseco's allegation against Boone is based on a conversation that can be proven not to have taken place, Boone might be able to win, or at least get some money from Conseco or his publisher.
