POLITICS: In a Laffer
Maybe it's just me, but I don't remember Arthur Laffer, the father of supply-side economics, supporting Bill Clinton in 1992 and 1996 (link for WSJ subscribers only).
I'm not a WSJ subscriber and don't remember 1996, but I do remember 1992 - he endorsed Clinton in TNR's pre-election issue.
Actually I'm pretty sure that was Larry Laffer, from the Leisure Suit Larry games. He and Clinton had a lot in common, after all.
