I've been follow Spitzer fairly closely since he was elected AG. My impression is that he is a camera hungry thug and a liar. However I expect (hope?) he will be an improvement over the empty suit currently residing in the Governor's Mansion. Spitzer sees Albany as a stepping stone to DC. As such I expect him to be to the right of Pataki on certain issues. I've had little use for George since his first term. The giveaway to Denny Rivera's crew, one billion for an endorsement he did not need, was the last straw. He can't leave office soon enough to suit me.

Speak of the devil: Spitzer files lawsuit against Liberty Mutual - Reuters. The man does stay busy. I hope there's more meat to this than the HRB suit.
