BASEBALL: Rained Out

It's hard even for a fanatical fan like me to focus on tonight's games after what happened this afternoon, but as you have likely seen by now the Mets were rained out. The Mets will now lose the travel day between Games Two and Three, which is awful news for a team with only three starting pitchers.

If it's hard for a fan like you to focus, what about the players and coaches? Better that it's rained out.

I think you pitch Maine tonight and Glavine in Game 2, allowing you to bring back Glavine in Game 6, if necessary, on regular rest vs. short rest in Game 5; Glavine does not perform well on short rest.
