FOOTBALL: Centerpiece
Good Slate column appreciating the importance of centers. I'm just starting the Michael Lewis book mentioned here.

While everyone is remarking about the "stability of the organization due to having only two(now three) coaches since 1969" because Cowher is retiring-- The much more remarkable stat is that the Steelers have had only four starting centers since 1965(when I was 1 yr old...)!
