Give him a blue Senate and a blue House, and legislation will flow like water from a burst pipe. Whether or not they will be legitimate accomplishments depends entirely on what side of the fence the observer sits, and also what they look like several years later. To me, it's not what he's actually done, it's all what he intends to do if he gets the votes to pass it.
