This seems like one of those ideas you're almost afraid to ask what the point is. It has its own website, which attempts to explain and ends up conjuring up mental images of the Hindenberg. Video below the fold.

It's target audience is even more confusing:

What kind of adrenaline rush to you get from an oversized helicopter?? I can't imagine it's like getting strapped into an F-14.

Or at least, it's an actual contraption but not really a hotel.

Since I found this on Pravda, that does not surprise me in the least.
