Just a placeholder, for tonight.

I assume you are working on some long posts about such topics as:

Rick Perry's breath-takingly stupid foreign policy speech.

Bachmann on vacines

Mitt Romney claiming to be middle class

The GOP Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse threatening the independence of the Fed

Mitch Danels flunking second grade arithmetic with his claims regarding the cost of Bush's wars

the hypocrisy of the House GOP and loan guarantees.

Can't wait to read them.

I've got another one. How do the Tea Party/GOPers who claim to revere the Constitution reconcile their love of strict constructionism with the badgering of people who invoke the rights under the 5th Amendment?

You...seriously...are arguing that you can't support the Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination and still make political criticisms based on invocations of the Fifth by major recipients of public funds?

I realize there's no hypocrisy angle because left wingers openly disdain the rule of law and the Constitution, but be serious here. What would liberals do if the Fifth was invoked in a scandal they wanted to tie to a GOP Administration?

I have a hard time imagining you could actually make that argument with a straight face.

You have this site confused with one that isn't just about scoring points for the R political team, whether it takes playing the fool on the internet or just plain outright lying.
"..because left wingers openly disdain the rule of law and the Constitution..."

Excuse me. Who do you work for, Crank? I was under the impression it was Wall Street financial firms. You know, the criminals who crashed the global economy with their epidemic of fraud. The same ones who walk freely because the rule of law can only be applied to minorities or the poor.

Let me help you out once more, because you are totally confused (or are lying) about who conservatives really are:
1) They are NOT for small government, liberty, or freedom (see spying on American citizens without warrants and the drug war as prime examples).
2) They are NOT for rule of law (see above).
3) They are NOT for small businesses (they will do ANYTHING for their corporate masters, including creating barriers of entry into markets to keep small businesses away from their corporate masters money).

Just admit it, or outsource this site to someone who can lie better, please.

Dammit, Crank, you got me. I forget how the right likes to pick and choose the parts of the Constitution they don't like and pretend they don't exist.
