I just read that Jimmy Carter is going to endorse Obama, and will be a superdelegate for him. I thought Jimmy was holding out for Kim Il Sung.
I’m not really bothered by that, unless he starts running on a New Party platform now. He’s still a wait-and-see candidate as far as I’m concerned.
I’ll believe in Obama when he goes to the Senate this week and DEMANDS that Democrats don’t provide the telecoms with immunity (how does immunity benefit the citizens of the US?).
Until then, the verdict is out, and I maintain he’s just another middle-of-the-roader, too afraid of the real change the nation needs.
