Good stuff, Crank. Unfortunately (in the big picture of this thing called “Life”), this is a topic I know all too well.
In fact, I was rather heavily involved (from the P side of the ledger) in one of the cases you cite in FN 36. It was *sub judice* when I left my last firm, so now I have to get in touch with someone to satisfy my curiosity on how it all turned out!
