If there’s one thing that worries me more than Pedro’s health or Trachsel starting in the postseason, it’s Beltran’s legs. We saw last year what a difference it makes if he’s not 100%, and he hasn’t been 100% all September.

Even going back to KC, Carlos has not been good when hurt. If Willie is smart, he will give Beltran time to heal before the playoffs. Two years ago is proof enough of what a force he can be. FOr all of the money grubbing lines that can be thrown out, with time and health, Carols will be judged among the all-time greats. It was fun to watch him in KC.
