Crank, You don’t read Posnanski regularly? I can’t believe you need Pinto to point you to a Pos blog post. I HIGHLY recommend subscribing to Pos. I’ve been a loyal (mostly silent) reader of yours for many years and I love your opinions and your blog. I have to say though that Pos has by far the best baseball blog out there. He doesn’t have your interesting perspective and analysis on politics though.
My blog reading runs in cycles, I lack the time to read everyone every day. I happened to see this on Pinto first.
This is a long-standing problem with the Royals; I remember Bill James complaining about it back in the 1980s. If I didn’t know better, I’d think the Royals only recruited front office staff from the Dominican, but having been to the DR I know people there aren’t nearly as retarded as the Royals’ FO.
