Too funny! I always assumed from his general deportment (a la slurring Ozzy Osbourne) that he’s drunk or high 24-7.
Am I to understand that Mr. Richards will from time to time indulge in an alcoholic beverage? I am too stunned to be outraged. Indeed, with news like this, I think I need a drink.
