I’ve suspected for some time that Markos has a different copy of the Constitution than I do, but I’d still like to know what language in his requires a right to file class action lawsuits against telephone companies.

The whole point is Dodd’s threat to filibuster the FISA bill over retroactive protections for the phone companies from civil suits relating to their cooperation with surveillance programs. You have to be familiar with the context, I guess.

While you & I obviously don’t see eye-to-eye on this one, I’ll agree that I’m not familiar with that particular Constitutional provision!
